Overview

Weighted burpee to chest press is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform this exercise, you will need a weighted vest or a barbell. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the weight in front of you. Bend down and place your hands on the ground in front of you, then kick your legs back into a plank position. From here, jump your feet forward and up into the air, then bring them back down to the ground. As you come down, press the weight up overhead. Repeat this for as many repetitions as desired, This exercise is a great way to work your quads and chest simultaneously.
