Weighted burpee to row is an exercise that targets the quads , To do this exercise, you will need a weighted barbell, a bench, and a rowing machine , Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the barbell in front of you , Bend over and grab the barbell with an overhand grip, and then place your feet on the bench , Explosively push yourself up off the bench and into the air, bringing the barbell up with you , As you reach the top of the movement, extend your legs and lower the barbell back to the ground , 5 Immediately jump forward and grab the handles of the rowing machine , 6 Pull the handles towards your chest, and then return to the starting position , 7 Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions, This exercise is a great way to build strength and power in your quads.
