Overview

Weighted narrowmidwide hop is a plyometric exercise that targets the quads. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a weight in each hand. Then, jump up and down, alternating between a narrow stance, a midstance, and a wide stance. The exercise should be performed for 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
