Overview
The widetonarrow squat jump is an exercise that targets the quadriceps. To perform this exercise, start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Jump up as high as you can, then land with your feet together and your knees bent. Immediately jump up again, this time with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart. Continue to jump up and down, alternating between wide and narrow stances. This exercise is a great way to build strength and power in your quads.

Alternatives
