Overview

The handonwall stretch is an exercise that targets the shoulders. It is a simple stretch that can be done anywhere, and it is a great way to relieve tension in the shoulders and improve flexibility. To do the handonwall stretch, stand facing a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height, and then lean forward until you feel a stretch in your shoulders. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds, and then release. Repeat the stretch 2-3 times.
