Overview

The jumping arm circle is an exercise that targets the shoulders. To do this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended out to your sides. Jump up and bring your arms overhead, then back down to your sides. Repeat this for 10-12 reps. This exercise is a great way to warm up your shoulders before a workout or to work on your shoulder mobility.
