Overview
The lying upright cable row is an exercise that targets the shoulders. To do this exercise, you will need a cable machine with a high pulley. Start by standing with your back to the machine and your feet shoulder-width apart. Grab the handle with both hands and extend your arms overhead. Keeping your core engaged, slowly pull the handle down to your chest, then extend your arms back up. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions.
