Overview

The seated front deltoid is an exercise that targets the anterior deltoid muscle. It is performed by sitting on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended straight out in front of you. Slowly raise the weights up until they are in line with your shoulders, then lower them back down. Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions.
