Overview

The shoulder stretch is an exercise that targets the shoulders. It is a simple exercise that can be done at home or in the gym. To do the shoulder stretch, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Slowly raise your arms overhead and then bend them behind your back. Hold the stretch for 1020 seconds and then release. Repeat 34 times.
