Overview
The shoulders single-arm leaning cable lateral raise is an exercise targeting the shoulders. It is performed by standing with your side to a cable machine, holding one end of the cable rope in your hand. You then lean forward slightly at the waist and raise your arm up and out to the side, keeping your elbow slightly bent. You then lower your arm back down to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise is a good way to target the lateral deltoid muscles, which are located on the side of the shoulder. It can also help to improve shoulder flexibility and range of motion.
