Overview

The dumbbell fix bentover dumbbell row is an exercise that targets the traps. To do this exercise, you will need a pair of dumbbells. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Bend over at the waist so that your back is parallel to the floor and your knees are slightly bent. With your arms extended in front of you, slowly lift the dumbbells up until they are just below your chin. Hold for a second, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.
