Overview
The Yates row reverse grip is an exercise that targets the traps. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a barbell with an overhand grip. The bar should be at your waist. Bend over at the waist and row the bar up to your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. Lower the bar back to the starting position and repeat.
