Overview

The cable rope high pulley overhead tricep extension is an exercise that targets the triceps. To perform the exercise, stand facing a high pulley cable machine with a rope attachment in each hand. Grasp the ropes with an overhand grip, and extend your arms overhead so that your hands are directly above your shoulders. Keeping your elbows locked, slowly lower your arms until they are extended in front of you, then contract your triceps to return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
