Overview

Ring dips are an advanced bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the triceps. They are also challenging for the chest, shoulders, and core. To do a ring dip, start by hanging from the rings with your arms extended and your body straight. Bend your elbows and lower your body until your arms are at a 90-degree angle. Then, push yourself back up to the starting position. Ring dips are a great way to build strength and muscle mass in your upper body.
