Overview
The sprawl over kettlebell is an exercise that targets the triceps. To do this exercise, you will need a kettlebell and a mat. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the kettlebell in front of you. Bend over and grab the kettlebell with both hands, then swing it up so that it is level with your chest. Keeping your core engaged, extend your arms behind you and lower the kettlebell until it is just above the floor. Then, explosively extend your arms and bring the kettlebell back up to chest height. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.
