Dr. Fitology was born from Adrian Salavaty's lifelong passion for exercise and his extensive academic journey in molecular and medical biology of the human body. While pursuing his degrees, Adrian realized the power of applying scientific knowledge to fitness routines, leading to transformative results. To formalize his expertise, he earned a Certificate IV in Fitness from the Academy of Fitness in Australia. This unique blend of scientific knowledge and fitness training inspired the creation of Dr. Fitology.
