Overview
The Ah Stair Grapevine is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is performed by standing on the bottom step of a staircase, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on the railing. You then step up with your right foot and reach your left arm across your body to the right railing. Step down with your left foot and reach your right arm across your body to the left railing. Continue alternating sides, stepping up and down the stairs while reaching across your body. This exercise is a great way to work your abs and improve your balance.
