Alternate heel touchers is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. You then raise your legs up so that your thighs are parallel to the floor and your feet are flexed. Keeping your core engaged, you then alternate touching your heels to your butt.
