Overview

The alternating crab flip to froggy pushup is an exercise that targets the abs. To do this exercise, start in a crab position with your hands and feet on the floor and your knees bent. Then, flip your body over so that your chest is on the floor and your legs are in the air. Immediately, do a froggy pushup by bringing your knees to your chest and then extending them back out. Repeat this movement for 10-12 reps.
