Elbow Plank Jack to. Ninja Knees is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is a challenging exercise that requires core strength and coordination. To perform the exercise, start in an elbow plank position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands directly under your shoulders. Then, jump your feet out to the sides so that your legs are extended and your body forms a T shape. Immediately bring your feet back together and then jump up so that your legs are in the air and your body forms a V shape. Land softly in the elbow plank position and repeat the movement.
