Overview
The goblet squat plus plankup is an exercise that targets the abs. To do this exercise, you will need a dumbbell or kettlebell. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the dumbbell or kettlebell in front of your chest with both hands. Then, squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, keeping your chest up and your core engaged. Pause at the bottom of the squat, then explosively stand up and immediately do a plankup. Hold the plank position for as long as you can, then slowly lower yourself back to the squat position. Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.
