Overview

Killer Abs is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. It is a core exercise that can be performed with or without weights. The exercise involves lying on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. You then raise your torso up and forward, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. You then lower your torso back down to the starting position. This exercise can be repeated for multiple sets and repetitions.
