Overview
The left leg 7up crunch is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. The exercise is performed by lying on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. You then lift your left leg up and extend it out to the side, while simultaneously crunching your torso up and bringing your right elbow to your left knee. You then lower your left leg back down and repeat the movement on the other side. The exercise can be performed for a set number of repetitions or for a set amount of time.
