Medicine Ball Mountain Climber, you use a medicine ball to add resistance and challenge your abs. To do this exercise, start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Hold a medicine ball in your hands. Keep your core engaged and your back straight as you bring your right knee up to your chest. At the same time, reach forward with the medicine ball and touch your left foot with it. Reverse the movement and bring your left knee up to your chest as you reach back with the medicine ball and touch your right foot with it. Continue alternating legs, moving quickly and smoothly. Do as many repetitions as you can for 30 seconds. Medicine Ball Mountain Climber is a great way to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles.
