Overview

The pec stretch is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and extend your legs up towards the ceiling. Slowly lower your legs until they are parallel to the floor, then return to the starting position. This exercise can help to relieve tension in the abdominal muscles and improve flexibility.
