Overview

The rocking adductor stretch is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. You then extend one leg out to the side and rock your pelvis back and forth, keeping your other leg in place. This exercise helps to stretch the adductor muscles, which are located on the inside of your thighs. It can also help to improve your flexibility and range of motion.
