Overview

Trx Pendulum is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. The exercise is performed by hanging from a TRX suspension trainer with your feet off the ground, then swinging your legs back and forth in a pendulum motion. This exercise is a great way to work your abs and also improve your core strength and balance.
