Overview

The VSit on. Floor is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis or six-pack muscles. To perform the exercise, lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms at your sides. Raise your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor and your body forms a Vshape Hold this position for as long as you can, then slowly lower your legs back to the floor.
