Overview

The wounded bear crawl is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. To perform this exercise, start on your hands and knees with your hands shoulder-width apart and your knees hipwidth apart. Then, extend your right leg out behind you and reach your left arm forward. Hold this position for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the opposite leg and arm. This exercise is a great way to strengthen your core and improve your balance.
