Overview

The dumbbell one arm hammer preacher curl is an exercise targeting the biceps. It is performed by sitting on a preacher bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees slightly bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended in front of you, palms facing up. Keeping your upper arms stationary, curl the weights up towards your shoulders, rotating your wrists so that your palms face forward at the top of the movement. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position and repeat.
