Overview
The incline dumbbell triceps extension is an exercise targeting the biceps. It is performed by lying on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms so that they are straight up in the air. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells behind your head until they are just above your shoulders. Then, extend your arms back up to the starting position. Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions.
