Overview

The calf stretch with elbows against wall is an exercise that targets the calves. To do this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes facing forward. Place your elbows against a wall at shoulder height and lean forward until you feel a stretch in your calves. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
