Overview
FootSmr is an exercise targeting the calves. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes turned out slightly. Bend your knees slightly and then raise your heels up as high as you can while keeping your toes on the ground. Slowly lower your heels back down to the starting position. Repeat this exercise for 10-12 repetitions.
