Overview

The dumbbell incline bench press is an exercise targeting the chest muscles. It is performed by lying on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. You then hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms so that they are parallel to the floor. You then slowly lower the dumbbells until they are just above your chest, then press them back up to the starting position. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets and repetitions, with the weight of the dumbbells gradually increased over time.
