Overview

The footup diving pushup is an exercise that targets the chest muscles. It is a of the classic pushup that is performed with your feet elevated on a bench or chair. This increases the range of motion and makes the exercise more challenging. To perform the footup diving pushup, start in a standard pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet elevated on a bench or chair. Bend your elbows and lower your body until your chest is just above the floor. Then, explosively extend your arms and bring your body back up to the starting position. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.
