Overview

The medicine ball chest slam is an exercise that targets the forearms. To perform this exercise, you will need a medicine ball and a flat surface. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the medicine ball in front of your chest with both hands. Bend your knees and explosively push the ball up overhead so that it slams against the ceiling. Catch the ball as it comes back down and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise is a great way to build strength and power in your forearms.
