Overview

The walking glute stretch is an exercise that targets the glutes. To perform the walking glute stretch, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed forward. Bend over and place your hands on your shins. Walk forward slowly, keeping your back straight and your knees slightly bent. As you walk, your glutes will stretch. Continue walking for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
