To perform this exercise, you will need a dumbbell and a bench, Lie on your back on a bench with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended straight up towards the ceiling, Keeping your back flat on the bench, slowly curl your legs up towards your chest until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
