Overview

The hip stretch with twist is an exercise that targets the hamstrings. To perform this exercise, you will need to lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Then, you will need to cross your right ankle over your left knee and grab your left ankle with your right hand. Once you are in this position, you will need to slowly twist your torso to the right until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
