The open palm kettlebell clean is an exercise that targets the hamstrings. To perform the exercise, you will need a kettlebell. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the kettlebell in your right hand with your palm facing up. Bend over and grab the kettlebell with your left hand, keeping your back straight. Then, stand up and swing the kettlebell up to your chest, keeping your arms straight. Finally, lower the kettlebell back to the ground and repeat on the other side.
