Overview

The spine twist is an exercise that targets the lower back. It is a simple exercise that can be done at home or at the gym. To perform the spine twist, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Reach your arms out in front of you and twist your torso to the right, keeping your feet planted on the ground. Hold the twist for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat the twist to the left side. The spine twist is a great way to stretch and strengthen your lower back. It can also help to improve your posture.
