Overview

The Gorilla Chin Oblique Crunch is an exercise targeting the obliques. It is performed by lying face down on the floor with your arms extended in front of you, palms down. You then raise your legs up so that they are perpendicular to the floor, and then crunch your upper body up towards your legs, keeping your arms extended. You then lower your body back down to the starting position and repeat the movement. This exercise is a great way to target the obliques and help to define your waistline.
