Overview

The air squat is a bodyweight exercise that targets the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. To perform an air squat, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes turned out slightly. Bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground, keeping your weight evenly distributed on your feet. Pause for a moment at the bottom, then push through your heels to return to the starting position. Perform 8-12 repetitions for 3 sets.
