Overview

The bear crawl to donkey kick is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, start by getting on all fours. Then, crawl forward on your hands and feet, keeping your back straight. As you crawl, lift your knees up so that your thighs are parallel to the ground. Then, kick your legs back behind you so that your heels touch the ground.
