Overview
The burpee to flying jack is a compound exercise that works your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core. To do this exercise, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend down and place your hands on the floor in front of you, then kick your legs back into a pushup position. From there, jump your feet forward so that youre in a squat position, then swing your arms overhead and jump up into the air. Land softly and repeat the movement. This exercise is a great way to get a full-body workout in a short amount of time.
