Overview

The diagonal deadlift is an exercise that targets the quads. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand. Bend over at the waist and grab the dumbbells with your palms facing up. Keep your back straight and your head up. Slowly raise the dumbbells up until they are at shoulder level, then lower them back down. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions.
