Overview

The dumbbell fix dumbbell split squat is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, you will need two dumbbells of equal weight. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Step forward with one leg and lower your body until your front knee is at a 90-degree angle and your back knee is almost touching the floor. Keep your chest up and your core engaged. Pause for a second, then push yourself back up to the starting position. Repeat on the opposite side. This exercise is a great way to build strength and definition in your quads.
