Overview

Fragon is an exercise that targets the quadriceps muscles. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. You then step forward with one leg and lower your body until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Keep your chest up and your back straight. Pause for a moment, then push yourself back up to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg. Fragon can be performed for multiple sets of repetitions. It is a challenging exercise that can help you build strength and definition in your quadriceps.

Alternatives

These alternative exercises can be used as substitutes when the original exercise is unavailable or challenging to perform due to various reasons such as equipment limitations, injuries, or personal preferences.
