Overview

The handselevated jack to split jump is an exercise that targets the quadriceps. To do this exercise, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands elevated overhead. Then, jump up and spread your legs into a split position as you bring your arms down to your sides. Land softly and repeat. This exercise is a great way to work your quads and improve your coordination.
