Overview

The handselevated squat thrust to split jack is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands elevated overhead. Then, squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor and your knees are over your ankles. As you come up out of the squat, jump your legs out to the sides into a split stance. Immediately jump back up into the squat position and repeat the movement. Continue to do this for the desired number of repetitions.
